Myrtle Beach area tops nation with lowest foreclosure rate

The Myrtle Beach area has the lowest foreclosure rate in the country.

Outstanding mortgage loans are now at 1.16 percent, which is lower than the national rate at 1.48 percent, according to a CoreLogic data report. The numbers are applicable to single family homes. Read more >>
